The 2026 season brought Emil Krchňavý difficult moments, strong emotions, and very good results on the international road racing scene. The Slovak rider competed at the North West 200, 300 Zatáček Gustáva Havla, Imatranajo, and the home race in Kopčany, with DYNAMAX supporting him throughout the season.

At the legendary North West 200, Emil finished 34th in the Briggs Equipment Superbike, 38th in the CP Hire Superstock, and 41st in the Merrow Hotel & Spa NW200 Superbike. However, the event was overshadowed by the tragic accident of Kamil Holán during qualifying, which had a significant psychological impact on Emil.
At the 300 Zatáček Gustáva Havla in Hořice, the first Superbike race was cancelled, while Emil finished 14th in the second race. This weekend was also affected by a serious accident involving his long-time friend and former teammate.

A major turnaround came in Finland at Imatranajo 2026. Emil finished 14th and 15th in ESR Superbike and 16th in Open Superbike. The highlight of the weekend was 8th place in the final The King of Imatra race, his best result at the event so far.
The home race in Kopčany was also intended as preparation for the next events. After a strong qualifying session, a podium finish looked possible, but in the second lap of the first race, Emil was involved in an accident after the motorcycle of the rider in front of him suffered a mechanical failure. Emil sustained multiple fractures in the shoulder and chest area, which brought his 2026 season to an early end.

DYNAMAX is proud to be a partner of Emil Krchňavý and to support him on both the domestic and international road racing scene. We wish him a successful recovery and a strong return to racing.
