Highly effective cleaning fluid “Air Jet Fluid” designed for regeneration and cleaning of diesel and gasoline particulate filters (DPF and GPF) without the need for disassembly. The product is designed to effectively disrupt and remove soot, ash and deposits from the surface and depth of the filter through the access points of the system in the form of a fine aerosol spray.
Chemically activated components penetrate deep into the pores of the DPF/GPF and facilitate the removal of even older deposits. Allows you to restore the function of the DPF/GPF directly on the vehicle, without complicated filter removal, and at the same time reduces service time without long vehicle downtimes. After application, no sticky or greasy layers remain that would affect the filter performance. The composition is compatible with compressed air and mechanical spraying technologies. Does not contain abrasive or corrosive components that could damage the ceramic, metal or composite structure of the filter.
Usage:
- Make sure that the exhaust system has no leaks and is working properly.
- Remove the temperature and/or pressure sensor.
- Dilute the liquid with water in a ratio of 1:3 (1:2 for heavier contamination).
- Fill the spray gun with liquid and set the pressure in it (2.5-4.0 bar).
- Inject the liquid into the filter through the service opening / access port.
- Start the engine and leave it idling during cleaning. Spray the product at 5 second intervals through the removed opening. We recommend using at least 500 ml of product depending on the contamination. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
- Reinstall the sensors and perform a test drive. The soot that was dissolved during cleaning will be burned off during regular regeneration.
